Grooving is not only for the young folks. Here’s the one who showed me the secret to staying healthy and active even later in life. He was the coolest old man on the block. In middle school, one of my friends thought he was blind, another thought he was scary and would always cross the street when he saw Yeye, my grandpa, coming. Here’s Yeye, at 96, hitting the streets for his daily exercise routine. His workout at the time? A strict walking regimen that involved an hour and fifteen minutes of walking, six days a week.
